Q: How much is shipping and handling?
A: S&H is $6 for all items and includes delivery confirmation.
Q: Does S&H include insurance?
A: No. If you wish to purchase insurance, the cost is $1.80 per $50. The Hydrant is not responsible for items delivered in a damaged condition, including Jardinia, if insurance was not purchased by the buyer.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Please contact The Hydrant immediately (within 24 hrs. of receipt) in this event. The Hydrant will happily exchange or replace any item which does not meet your expectations, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent (not damaged, worn, etc). The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Q: What happens if I order an item of pet art which is out of stock?
A: In this case, depending on the item, you will be given the option to wait for new inventory, or if the item was retired, you will be notified and allowed to choose another item or request a refund. In the case of new inventory, The Hydrant will give you an estimated date of delivery, and if the timing is not convenient, you may request and a refund.
Q: Are taxes included?
A: Only Virginia residents are charged tax for items purchased, dog figurines and otherwise.
Q: How soon will my item be shipped?
A: Items are shipped by Priority mail every Tuesday and Friday. If you wish overnight service, there will be an additional fee. Please contact The Hydrant for rates.
